Please note that our agency strives to provide our clients with the best surveillance that techniques allow. To this end, we conduct numerous spot-checks throughout approximately one week before we attempt any surveillance. We feel this provides us with a more educated determination of fruitful surveillance than arbitrarily sending investigators out with no prior information. These spot-checks are conducted for surveillance and background investigations alike, where practical. We feel that any respectable agency should conduct this activity so as to provide the client with the most value for their investigative dollar. As well, our clients are never charged for these spot-checks regardless of frequency. We feel this is just good and honest business practice and appreciate your patronage.

Insurance Fraud Investigations

We have investigators who specialize in typical banking-type frauds such as kiting schemes. One of our last investigations ended with criminal charges being brought against a subject that led to his subsequent conviction and sentencing to nine years in prison. Further to this, we successfully assisted in the recovery of 12 of the 13 million dollars that the subject had 'kited'.
