Kevin J. Ripa, the owner of J.S. Kramer & Associates, is a former member, in various capacities, of the Department of National Defense serving in both foreign and domestic postings. Mr. Ripa retired from the Federal Government in 1991 but continued to serve on an "as called" basis. He worked his way up through the ranks within another agency to the level of senior investigator, until establishing his own firm in 1996, providing superior service to the legal community, insurance industry, civil, government, and corporate entities and private citizens in Alberta and around the world.

Mr. Ripa has been working within the investigative industry since 1991 and has established himself as an expert in his field. He has also served his industry as President and Past President of the Alberta Association of Private Investigators. He is the President of Computer Evidence Recovery, Inc, serves on the Board of Directors of the International Intelligence Network, and also serves as Chairman of numerous committees.
